Hi, my name is Lisa Boltzen, I am a Realtor with California Properties. I have been a resident of Copperopolis since 2003. I moved to the central valley in 1988 from Morgan Hill,CA to find affordable housing to raise my children. My family and I spent our summer vacations in the foothills, taking weekend camping trips to the lakes in this area. Our children learning water sports is a fond memory shared by our entire family.
We decided it was time to move to Copperopolis after one of our daughters was married at Lake Tulloch on a beautiful sunny February afternoon. Where we could live above the fog but below the snow.
